From the decorated pagoda and Downtown festivities like the Christmas parade,  Tamale Festival, Christmas Tree Lane and the Tree Lighting Celebration at the Collection – Christmas in Oxnard has something for everyone. This 2017 billboard design ties in Oxnard’s new “Take Time to Coast” theme – and was displayed on the 101 freeway near Del Norte in Oxnard.
