Oxnard Salsa Festival

Backed by a fantastic volunteer organization called the Oxnard Downtowners, the Oxnard Salsa Festival is downtown Oxnard’s premiere summer event, with some 50,000+ attendees over the last weekend in July, encircling Plaza Park to celebrate the food, music, and dance of salsa. When Kellie first experienced the Oxnard Salsa Festival, it was as a volunteer in the souvenir booth!  But in 2003, Searle was brought in to launch the Festival’s very first website, and the partnership grew year by year, and now Searle Creative’s special events team manages the entire event, including strategic planning, sponsorships, budgeting, marketing & media relations, logistics, vendors, volunteer management and special festival events.
