Online marketing is sometimes a tough topic to wrap your head around. It’s a robust, evolving marketing channel with its own subchannels and mini-channels all wrapped up in statistics and data and covered in metrics gravy – well, it sometimes makes my brain explode too.
The good news is that online marketing is the most measurable marketing tactic you can wield in your arsenal. The more you put into it, the more you get out of it. Sure it’s complex, but you can measure it and tweak it and respond to it almost instantaneously so you always know what’s working and what isn’t. Which is heavenly for marketers who really have NO idea how many people REALLY looked at that last glossy print ad.
