Hummingbird Exhibit Marketing, Signage, and Creative

The Summer Hummerz campaign transformed the Ventura Botanical Gardens into an immersive celebration of hummingbirds through cohesive branding, environmental graphics, educational signage, and integrated marketing. Created for the Gardens’ first-ever seasonal exhibit, the campaign introduced visitors to hummingbird science, culture, conservation, and art while creating a memorable experience that extended from digital promotion to the Garden paths.

The project included exhibit branding, custom signage, print collateral, a dedicated exhibit landing page, a custom leaf-shaped treasure map for young explorers, and a comprehensive print, digital, and social media outreach campaign that built awareness before and throughout the exhibit. Two members of the creative team also designed original hummingbird artwork featured in the Painted Perchers art collection, helping extend the exhibit’s visual identity throughout the Gardens.
