California Strawberry Festival Berry Amtrak Video

The California Strawberry Festival is one of Ventura County’s most anticipated events. Each year, over 50,000 attendees come out to celebrate the sweet and juicy strawberry. Held at the picturesque Ventura County Fairgrounds, the festival offers delicious food, live entertainment, family-friendly activities, and so much more. What’s even better? The fairgrounds are located right next to the Ventura Amtrak station, making the train an ideal way to get to the festival.

To demonstrate just how seamless and enjoyable taking the train can be, a series of videos take viewers through the experience of arriving steps away from the festival entrance. With no need to worry about parking or traffic, attendees could focus on what really matters: having a great time at the festival.

The production process began with a storyboard that mapped out key moments of the journey, such as the ease of boarding, the scenic coastal ride, and the convenience of arriving right next to the fairgrounds.

Making the videos extra memorable, the festival’s strawberry mascot played a starring role. In a fun twist, the person inside the cheerful strawberry costume was actually a Searle staff member! The mascot added a playful, family-friendly touch, making the videos not just informative but entertaining as well.

Once the footage was captured, the videos were carefully edited to create a polished and engaging final product. The goal was to capture the energy of the festival while making it clear just how stress-free and enjoyable the train experience can be. Bright visuals, upbeat music, and easy-to-follow details helped ensure the message resonated with viewers.
